ABOUT ME

April Stear studied at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine where her focus was in Traditional Chinese Medicine, including Acupuncture, Chinese Herbs, Cupping, Gua Sha, Moxibustion, Electroacupuncture (E-stim), Tui Na Therapy, Tai Chi and Qi Gong.

Inspired to gain knowledge in other acupuncture styles, April extended her education at Tristate College of Acupuncture where she studied Acupuncture Physical Medicine (APM) with Mark Seem and learned trigger point therapy. She graduated from Tristate College of Acupuncture with a Masters of Science Degree in Acupuncture.

April’s five year education in Oriental Medicine has given her the ability to study what is out of balance in the body, mind and spirit. She then helps direct her patients toward health and vitality by using Oriental Medicine, diet and lifestyle recommendations. April has a remarkable ability to inspire and empower patients as they participate in reaching their individual health goals.
