ACUPUNCTURE

In recent decades, acupuncture has evolved into a complete holistic health care system. Practitioners of acupuncture and Chinese medicine have used this noninvasive treatment method to help millions of people become well and stay well.

Acupuncture enhances recuperative power and immunity, supports physical and emotional health, and improves overall function and well-being. It is a safe, painless and effective way to treat a wide variety of medical problems.

At the core of this ancient medicine is the philosophy that Qi (pronounced “chee”), or vital energy, flows throughout the body. Qi animates the body and protects it from illness, pain and disease.

An obstruction to the flow of Qi is like a dam. When Qi becomes backed up in one part of the body, an imbalance of Qi will occur in other parts. This blockage of the flow of Qi can be detrimental to a person’s health, cutting off vital nourishment to the body, organs and glands.

CUPPING

Cupping therapy is an ancient method used to relieve pain and inflammation. It relaxes the individual and increases the circulation of stagnant blood. While cupping is most commonly done on the back, cupping therapy can be done all around the body.
While this ancient method has been used for thousands of years, it has recently increased in popularity in America. Many sports stars have turned to the therapy to relieve muscle tension and increase blood flow.

SPORTS MEDICINE

Acupuncture sports medicine blends traditional Chinese medicine with modern orthopedic techniques to treat pain, improve mobility, and accelerate recovery. Treatments often include trigger point therapy (dry needling), electro-acupuncture, cupping, and targeted acupuncture to release muscle tension, reduce inflammation, and restore proper function. This approach is effective for both acute injuries and chronic conditions, helping athletes and active individuals recover faster, move more freely, and return to optimal performance.

FAR INFRARED SAUNA

An infrared sauna is a type of sauna that uses light to make heat. "Far" describes where the infrared waves fall on the light spectrum. A regular sauna uses heat to warm the air, which in turn warms your body. An infrared sauna heats your body directly without warming the air around you. Far Infrared penetrates deeper into our body as the light is absorbed by the water within our bodies.

Bringing with it these heat therapy benefits:

-Boosts heart health and reduces blood pressure
-Boosts Metabolism
-Soothes sore muscles
-Relieves tension, aches, and pains
-Supports pain relief
-Promotes relaxation
-Strengthen immune health
-Helps sweat out impurities in the skin
-Improves sleep by naturally calming the nervous system

COMPRESSION

Compression therapy helps increase blood circulation in the arms, hips, legs, ankles, and feet.
This type of “squeeze and release” therapy can aid in athletic recovery by reducing swelling and secondary tissue damage. This promotes rapid recovery, introducing new blood cells and reducing the flow of lactic acid making your muscles heal faster. Compression therapy also promotes lymphatic drainage, clearing of toxins, resulting in cellulite reduction.
